This fall we will be hosting a stress-busting evening of fun at the Life Cycles Counseling office in the West End of Richmond. Come out on Thursday, October 20th from 6-7:30 to learn practical stress relief techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life or into your counseling sessions. This event is FREE and anyone who is interested is welcome to come out. Meet the LCC therapists, our therapy dog, enjoy light refreshments and learn more about the services and therapy modalities we offer.

Three stress-busting stations will be set up including an art invention space, canine therapy and yoga for relaxation. With school back in session and the holidays right around the corner, you will not want to miss this helpful and fun event. We hope to see you there!
