Even stubborn emotions like anger, fear can be tamed. Often,we can meet these thoughts by putting them down like rotten garbage. Turn away from them, body and mind, and slow your breathing down from a sprint to a leisurely walk. Then, you can achieve thought control and be free.
What you put in your mouth is important because it nourishes you. What you do with your body is important because it strengthens you. What you put in your brain is important because it nourishes you also!
